Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By registering or participating in WAT events,
workshops, competitions, or membership programs, you agree to comply with all policies below.
1. Registration & Eligibility
- All participants must provide accurate personal & professional information during registration.
- Only certified licensed massage & wellness professionals, beauty & cosmetologists, hair & makeup artists, PMU artists, cultural artists, food & fashion artistry therapists with valid qualifications are eligible.
- WAT reserves the right to verify credentials and deny participation if eligibility criteria are not met.
2. Fees & Payment
- Registration fees must be paid in full before the specified deadline.
- Fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by WAT.
- Payment confirmation is required for participation validation.
3. Event Participation
- Participants must adhere to event schedules, allocated time slots and program rules.
- Punctuality is mandatory. Late arrivals may result in penalties or disqualification.
- Participation implies acceptance of WAT rules & judging criteria.
4. Code of Conduct
- All participants, judges, staff and affiliates must maintain professionalism and ethical behavior.
- Harassment, discrimination or abusive conduct will lead to penalties, suspension or disqualification.
- Compliance with WAT dress code & hygiene standards is mandatory.
5. Safety & Liability
- Participants must follow health, safety & hygiene protocols at all times.
- WAT is not liable for injuries, accidents, emergency medical situations, insurance or personal property damage unless caused by gross negligence.
- Participants assume responsibility for their own safety and that of their clients or models.
6. Intellectual Property & Media
- WAT retains rights to all media content produced during events.
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
- Participants consent to use of photographs, videos and other media for promotional purposes.
7. Confidentiality
- Participants, judges and staff must maintain confidentiality regarding event procedures and judging processes.
- Breaches may result in penalties or legal action.
8. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes must be reported to WAT management promptly.
- WAT reserves the right to resolve conflicts fairly and decisively.
- Decisions made by Dr. Shital Wellness Hub LLP and WAT are final and binding.
9. Cancellation & Changes
- WAT reserves the right to modify event schedules, locations or competition fees.
- Participants will be informed of significant changes in advance.
- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable except in case of full event cancellation.
10. Agreement
- By registering and participating, individuals agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Participants acknowledge commitment to uphold WAT standards and policies.
11. Data Collection & Usage
- Information collected may include name, address, contact details, qualifications, certifications, license, identification, photos, videos, model release forms and payment details.
- Non-personal data such as website usage or event attendance patterns may also be collected.
- Data is used for registration management, payment processing, communication, event updates and promotional purposes.
